I have spent the past 30+ years in the mortgage industry, helping families purchase, build or refinance their biggest asset - their home.I have also worked in every aspect of the mortgage industry, as a company owner, underwriter, branch manager, loan officer, loan processor, loan closer, and title company closer, which gives me a unique ability to put transactions together when others may falter. A mortgage professional today needs to have a much wider variety of skills and experiences to fall back on when trying to help someone accomplish their personal goals in the ever changing mortgage environment that exists today. As a mortgage professional I take a client's big picture and financial goals into consideration before matching them up with a mortgage product allowing them to reach those goals in the shortest time.

In addition I have have worked with every aspect of technology utilized by the mortgage industry. Loan origination systems, closing preparation programs, quality control interfaces and various automated underwriting systems are some of the various systems I have mastered.

I have also taken many advanced training classes to ensure that I am providing the best possible advice for my clients. I have obtained the Minnesota Mortgage Specialist (MMS) certification from the Minnesota Mortgage Association and the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CPMS) from the CPMS Institute. I also am a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) which required an extensive training regimen in the issues our Senior Citizens are living with each and every day. I have also attended many national conferences to ensure the highest level of knowledge.
